Sean joined EMA in May 2000 providing advice on employment relations, human resource management and employment legislation. He previously worked as an Employment Advisor in the public sector and prior to moving to New Zealand he worked in London for a recruitment company and at the Department of Employment. Before joining AdviceLine, Apurv joined the EMA initially as part of the Business Helpline. He has completed a Postgraduate Diploma and Master’s in Management from Massey University in Auckland and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He has a background in account management.

Tilly graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Sociology) in 2023. She completed her Professional Legal Studies Course in June 2024 for admittance to the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court. Tilly recently joined the Adviceline team at the EMA, as an Employer Advisor in June 2024. She assists in providing employment relations advice to Members.

Aimee joined the EMA in September 2022 as a part of the People & Capability Team, where she led the Talent Acquisition function and provided project-based work for our People Experience Team. In May 2024, Aimee was seconded into an Employer Advisor role as part of the AdviceLine team to provide employment relations advice to Members.

Murray joined the EMA in April 2022 as part of the Business Support Team, providing support to various projects including Membership, Finance and People Experience. In July 2023, he was appointed to the role of Employer Advisor with the AdviceLine Team. Murray has nearly 30 years’ experience managing relationships with clients, members, and service providers.
