To have knowledge, skills, and confidence to participate, contribute and influence effectively within your H&S Committee, applying good meeting practices.

Stress Wellbeing, Anxiety & Fatigue
This course teaches how to recognise and manage the risks of stress, anxiety and fatigue in self and workers at Health NZ. Its builds knowledge and provides practical tools for HSR or Managers to educate, support and promote wellbeing for others in their teams at work.

Managing Safely - Essentials for Managers
Managers in all areas of Health NZ have responsibilities under the HSAW 2015 to have the knowledge and skill required to manage safe practices and respond to any concern regarding safety they identify or receive report of from HSR or worker, including patients, or the general public. Learn about how you can make a safer and healthier workplace and engage with your team.

Hazardous Substances: Foundation
Learn how to identify hazardous substances and the health and safety risks associated with handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous substances in your work area. You will learn how to read labels and Safety Data sheets so that you know how to safely handle and store chemicals, as well as identify how to deal with typical chemical incidents.
