The EMA is proud to celebrate Sharesies for taking out the Overall Winner title at this year’s Best Places to Work Awards, along with the Medium-Large Workplace Award.
As Foundation Partner of Best Places to Work, the EMA is honoured to stand alongside organisations that are setting a new benchmark for people-first leadership and workplace culture across the motu.
“New Zealand’s strongest workplaces are led by people who lift others up and share what works, so others can follow,” says EMA Chief Executive John Fraser-Mackenzie.
“The programme is about continuous improvement and collective impact. The EMA’s mission is to lift New Zealand’s prosperity through better business, and partnering with Best Places to Work showcases leaders who put that into practice.
“Congratulations to all the 2025 winners – from innovative startups to national brands – for proving that when people thrive, performance follows.”
The awards were held at the Cordis Auckland before an audience of around 400 leaders from organisations of all sizes across New Zealand.
